Q Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes amost of our products are suitable for Vegans and contain no animal derived ingredients. with the exception of a few clearly marked products containing honey or yoghurt.

Q Do you test on animals?

Q When will you ship my order?

We aim to despatch everything within 24 hours.

Q Are all of you products handmade?

Yes we make all our products ourselves, except of course for our accessories.

Q Can you custom make soap?

Yes but only within the guidelines of our safety assessments, email us via the contact us form and we'll be more than happy to oblige where possible.

Q A Do you ship internationally?

Yes but we will have to check and get back to you for shipping prices and you may be charged tax by your Countries Customs

Q Is your soap suitable for sensitive skin?

Check our ingredients list for anything you're allergic too or ask us using the contact form if in doubt.

Q How long does your soap keep for?

The recommendation is 6 months after opening. However,  although the fragrance fades the longer it's left for  all the other properties improve over time.
