Re milled soap

If you use lovely hand made soap you dont want to throw any of it away .Save up  all your soap scraps till you have about 300g,

grate  it as finely as you can. Place in a very small pot (if you have one you can reserve for this that'll be great) some people use a double boiler method I don't think it's necessary. place on the lowest heat setting add about a tablespoon of water or a herbal tea it will take about an hour to melt, stir it from time to time, add essential oil if you like and press into moulds, silicon muffin tins are fab, unmould the next day voila new soap from old! but let it dry for a few days and it will last much longer.

Okra Conditioner
One of our more unique okra health benefits is that it can add bounce and volume to your hair. All you need to do is boil Okra that has been sliced horizontally until the contents become slimey. Allow it to cool and then add a couple of drops of lemon or peppermint to it. Wahs your hair as normal and then use the Okra mixture as a last rinse. Ensure you cover all of your hair then rinse.
The protein and oil contained in the seeds of okra serve as the source of first -rate vegetable protein. It is enriched with amino acids such as TRYPTOPHAN, CYSTEINE AND OTHER SULFUR AMINO ACIDS.
